Block Division ® Products
Block Division has created a product line that not only is manufactured using the highest quality materials, but is also tested regularly for performance and safety. The company provides the following product profiles:
Sheave: Turned from cold drawn bar stock with zinc electroplated finish.
Bearings: Combination bronze and steel, designed for high load and medium speed applications, and oil impregnated for self-lubrication.
Forgings: Swivel eyes and hooks are drop forged from low carbon steel for optimum strength and then zinc electroplated.
Side Plates: Stamped from low carbon steel with a bright polished galvanized finish.
Fasteners: Rivets and clevises are zinc electroplated.
Capacity Markings: Working load capacities are stamped into the side plates in U.S. and Metric measurements.
